Terms of Service

By using IPTV Guard, you accept these Terms without reservation. If you disagree, you must stop using the Application.

IPTV Guard is an IPTV player: you add your own playlist and the Application lets you:

• Manage and monitor your IPTV playlists (M3U and Xtream)
• View quality score and uptime of your playlists
• Explore available content (channels, movies, series)
• Receive personalized recommendations
• Schedule notifications for your favorite events
• Follow your favorite actors, teams, and series

• Registration is free and required to use the Application
• You must be 13 years or older to create an account
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password
• Registration can be done via email/password or via Google/Apple

An internet connection is required

You agree to:

• Respect these Terms
• Not attempt to bypass security measures
• Not copy, modify, or decompile the Application
• Not disrupt the operation of the Application
• Respect intellectual property rights

The entire Application (code, design, logos, text) is protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

The Publisher cannot be held responsible for:

• Content accessible through your playlists
• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Indirect damages related to the use of the Application

The Publisher may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts.

For any questions:

The Application is free. Paid subscriptions (Premium and Pro) extend some limits and features; what each includes and its price are shown in the Application before any purchase.

• Subscriptions are purchased and billed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, using the payment method of your account. The price shown is the store's price, taxes included.
• Monthly or yearly subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• A free trial may be offered. Unless cancelled before it ends, the paid subscription starts when the trial ends.
• You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, during which access is kept.
• Moving from Premium to Pro takes effect immediately. Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal.
• Since purchases are made with Apple or Google, withdrawal rights and refunds are handled by them under their terms. A refunded subscription ends immediately.
• Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• If a price changes, the store informs you and asks for your consent where its rules or the law require it.
• Founding offer: its price stays the same as long as the subscription is not interrupted.
• Accounts created before subscriptions launched keep the features they had for free.
• For App Store purchases, Apple's standard license agreement (EULA) applies in addition to these Terms.
