Works on Mobile Data but Not on Wi-Fi: What Happens Between Your Router and the Server

Read the guideIn short
- If the same playlist works on mobile data and not on Wi-Fi, the server is alive and the subscription valid. The problem is on the path between your router and it.
- In the vast majority of cases it is DNS resolution: your router asks your ISP where the server is, and the ISP does not answer.
- In France these blocks are court-ordered and updated on match nights. Since 2024 they extend to public resolvers and, since 2025, to some VPNs.
